Kimberley Accommodation Group is currently seeking a casual PAYROLL/ADMIN person.

Suitable applicant would be required to work initially for 8–12 hours per week with the view of increasing these hours in the future.

Duties & Responsibilities -

  • Knowledge of WageEasy Payroll Software for weekly processing. 
  • Experience in complying with Multi-Enterprise Agreements for employees.
  • Computerised accounting system, assist in some aspects of data entry – previous experience with MYOB an advantage.
  • General office duties and you must have reasonable experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Moonlight Bay Suites is currently seeking a fulltime RECEPTIONIST to join the front office team.

  • Previous experience in a similar role with a 4-5 star hotel/resort.
  • Ability to demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational skills with clear focus on quality and standards.
  • Computer literate - CMS experience an advantage.
  • Excellent grooming and presentation.

Must be flexible to working hours as this position does include some weekend & evening shifts.

Kimberley Hotel, Halls Creek is currently seeking a highly motivated & experienced CROWD CONTROLLER to join the team. 

The successful candidate will ideally have prior experience working in a remote location and be able to work autonomously on some occasions. 

Package includes:

  • Minimum of 35hrs per week.
