Getting Here and Around
Broome is the major centre in the region, sitting on the 45th parallel in the northwest corner of the Western Australia. Getting here is easy as Broome International Airport is well served by major airlines. Skywest, Airnorth, Ozjet, Jetstar, Virgin Blue and Qantas make regular flights into the region. There are daily direct domestic connections from Australia’s main centres: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide and Darwin. Local flights are available to Halls Creek and Kununurra.

Australia’s North West does not have rail infrastructure so many people choose to come by road. Self drive options are popular and we can help you easily organise the appropriate vehicle if required. Access by road is a wonderfully scenic option. Broome is located 3500kms from Perth and 1200kms from Darwin.
Buses also bring many people to the Kimberley each year and there are many coach options to choose from. The major coach operator, Greyhound Australia offer hop-on hop-off packages, allowing you to design your own itinerary. Backpackers may prefer some of the fun mini bus group packages that can be obtained from major cities.
Whether you choose to come by bus, plane or take advantage of many self drive options available, once you`re in town we can help organise transport or recommend tours and outings to suit you and your budget. However you choose to get here, stay with us and we`ll ensure your Kimberley visit will leave you wanting to come back for years to come.
